Deep, tight kicks & multi-layered bass lines that seem to move every molecule around you into complex patterns. Squishy, yet fuzzy atmospheres with sounds that pan around your head as if in the 4th dimension. However a piece of humanity shows itself within, with some eastern vocals that seem to invoke a more ancient feeling - these new/old school breakbeat styled tracks give you the feeling of what it would be like to be some sort of hyper-advanced robot break dancer.
This album is most accurately described for me using the words of Rust Cohle; when I listen to it, "I [feel like] I'm mainlining the secret truth of the universe." Yet the void of all that we could ever dream to be and will be, assumed only through present knowledge, is ever expanding. The familiarity in a web of emotional waves, yet a sonic soundscape that continuously unfolds into uncharted territory, vast possibilities, and new worlds. If you can take away anything, it's Sixis' power to give you perspective and perhaps a clear detachment from self to wander into a dark void of thrilling possibilty. stinga_bee
